Crystal was amazing! I had the pleasure of working with her in my car buying purchase. Crystal was easy to talk and made things easy in buying my car. She listened to what I wanted and showed me vehicles from what I had told her. She didn't mind that I would be coming back the next day to finish the process. I didn’t feel pressured as in the majority of car places you go to purchase a car. She made the whole experience easy going! I will definitely be referring people to Crystal if anyone is looking for a vehicle. Thanks so much!

Our experience with the people at Enterprise was professional and timely. Absolutely every service was delivered with respect for our time and needs. Anyone desirous of a thorough and pressure free car buying experience should start with Enterprise! Working with Devin and Joe at the Lakewood, WA. store made our buying experience tops. They are wonderful ambassadors for their company.

I had a wonderful time purchasing a car from Enterprise , the process went smoothly and I felt like as a first time buyer that I mad the best choice coming here to buy a car, the sales associate named Devin was very helpful and informative and the other associates were also nice and helpful! I got a good deal on my car and the monthly payments are not only affordable but in my price range, thank you enterprise Lakewood!! All the staff here are awesome !

Enterprise has a very friendly, professional team of people that are very willing to work with customers that might be considered difficult (myself). I had to make so many changes in regards to scheduling but they were always very adaptive and helpful. Crystal Gruber in particular was very helpful in the purchasing of my new baby, a Mitsubishi Lancer. All I can say is thank you Enterprise! I will definitely be coming back in the future for my next car purchase.

Was a quick and easy process. Crystal was super friendly and not pushy at all like I feared going to buy my first car ever. She took my preferences and must haves and didn't try to oversell me and gave me options that worked for me. Management was also super helpful, I told them how much I want to pay a month and they found me a car that would suit the loan I was approved for.
