They have the easy process of purchasing a car! I’m simply amazed by how quickly and easy this process was! My husband and I were helped by Sid and Virgil. They were easy to work with and very laid back. They have amazing options to choose from even with my no credit background! I feared that I wouldn’t get approved for a good running vehicle with lower mileage and I did! I highly recommend everyone to work with these amazing people!

NEVER AGAIN, Lesson learned to late. Had a good experience with the buying of my truck. But the problem begin shortly after that day. Long story short, my truck required over $7,000.00 in repairs after buying. I understand that not all problems can be seen. But in trying to get a hold of anyone to see if maybe they would be interested in maybe extending a good Customer Service hand I received not even a phone call from anyone. In sparing names, my receipts were even presented to owner of the company and not even a phone call. My repairs could have exceeded well over $12,000.00 in repairs but some people still care about good Customer Service and helped me out as much as they could. Having had this experience with NAP I have since bought a new car as have many of my family members and friends. None of them have bought from NAP based on my recommendation. I will never buy another car from NAP again. They are truly there to sell you a car and that's it!!!

We bought a car from National a month ago and it was a great experience until we had a check engine light come on, we took. It to a mechanic and it was almost 500$ to fix and we thought it was going to be a problem because Christmas is around the corner but I went in and spoke to Edin the sales manager and he really helped us out and decided to cover the whole repair eventhough we never had an agreement to fix this issue when we bought the car. Anyway we are happy with National Auto and we recommend going there to anyone that wants to be treated right.

My wife accidentally put premium gas instead of diesel in our recently purchased car. Virgil proactively contacted us and continued to help us get all the information needed for the repairs on the car. He is extremely helpful and personable! I recommend asking for him if you’re ever looking for a new vehicle.

Traded in my first car here and was hooked up with a 2017!! People were awesome! Ended up not being able to get it financed and had to bring the car back but they were really cool about it. They apologized it didn’t work out and asked for me to come back when I was in a better place. Shout out to Edin for helping throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend these guys!
