As a retired equipment service business owner I was VERY impressed with Service Adviser Donovan Smith. He provided knowledgeable and pertinent advice regarding my 2011 Santa Fe. I had both extended warranty and non-warranty work done and he kept me informed of changes in both scope of work and the anticipated completion date. Checking in and pickup upon completion were both very smooth. BTW, I felt the prices charged for both parts and labor were very reasonable. (I normally purchase my automotive parts at the wholesale level.) I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Butler Hyundai!

This dealership is awesome. Johnny Mansfield was a wonderful salesperson. Very nice helpful and wanted your total satisfaction with your purchase. Chuck in finance did an amazing job helping with lender and getting a little extra cash to help. Donovan and Scott in service were so helpful -made me feel like I could totally trust them with their suggestions and advice. Kyle made signing papers kinda a joy - his personality is wonderful. Jenna in title services helped a great deal since I am from IL and she was very helpful in getting the state to state issues worked out, she is a God send. Mariel is one of the sweetest people - helpful and just pleasant always. It was a pleasant experience interacting with these people and they talk very highly of their owner and his family. I guess that says it all - you treat your employees good and they will do a wonderful job for you. I wish I could clone them all and take them back to IL with me.

We had an excellent experience at Butler Hyundai. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't feel like you were being pressured, yet they were still very attentive. Our salesman, John was super helpful and made the process for a first time buyer comprehensive and dare I say it -- fun! The financing process did take longer than expected, but it was worth the wait to walk out and see the car with a big bow and balloons!

Butler Hyundai exceeded my expectations in every way possible. My Salesman John Wilsie was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and got me in that car, He was the best car salesman I've ever come across. Chuck in financing was awesome. He was able to hook me up with great financing for my situation and I can't forget about Sonya, she worked hard to get me in and out of there quickly. Thanks to everyone over at Butler Hyundai!

I really enjoy visiting with Donovan when I get the oil changed in my car. Mariel the service coordinator, is really sweet too! I really enjoy seeing Onery and Trouble - that's their new names! I also appreciate the free car wash. Thanks guys🚗☺
