I had Westcastle Motors install a set of Mud Flaps on my 2018 GMC SLT, when they were done I checked them over. Whoever put them on was either a child or definitely had no experience whatsoever. They were crooked and uneven and looked terrible. The bill was $ 680.00 for a job that my 15 year old daughter could have done better. As a result I will no longer do business there. Granted the front service dept have awesome staff and are very easy to deal with, it's the people in the back that they have installing these items. And I do not believe it's any of the mechanics, all they had to do was use a level to ensure the mud flaps were aligned. Never again Westcastle, never again...that's twice you have screwed me without kissing me....

A good place to buy a vehicle but they have poor record keeping and communication. But after a lot of fuss they got me a deal. Which im thankful for but the while thing could have been avoided.
