A little disorganized but very friendly and willing to help

I had my air bag fixed here a few months back, when I picked up my car my interior fan wasn't working, I took the car back right away and told the mechanic, he went to my car and fiddled around under the dash and then he said nothings wrong with it, of course nothings wrong cause he fixed it.

The folks at Legacy Claresholm were amazing. Taking in my truck and arranging a service loaner for me on good Friday of all days.

I was just there a few days ago for a recall, oil change tie rods were supposed to be done and to check out a coolant leak we had. I was told the last time I was there that my tie rod boot was leaking . I was going to get it fixed this time. Turns out it wasnt leaking and there mechanic just spilled oil on it ... really!! Also this time I was told another oil spill that happened. Now onto the coolant leak. We can smell the coolant (sweet smell). We were told that they couldn't find anything that the coolant was leaking from the pressure test. The temperature has never been an issue just the smell and some steam so it's a leak somewhere hitting something hot. All we got from the machanic was I hope its not the radiator and he starts pricing out a radiator. Didn't seem to care what we had to say about it wish they would want to find the problem before trying to fix things if they don't even know where it is coming from.
