Best car buying experience EVER!! I just bought a used 2014 Chev Cruze and Dustin was amazing. They were knowledgeable, easy going, no high pressure salesman and introduced me to the finance manager and owner and pretty much everyone. By the time I left I felt like one of the family. In all my years of buying vehicles in several provinces, this was by far the best experience EVER. I was frankly STUNNED! Give these guys a try next time you are looking or even just fishing - they are there to earn your business for life not just for today. Awesome!

I dealt with Kathy and she was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. If I asked a question she didn't know because the car I bought was one she's never sold before, one of the other sakes associates could help. The finance team was quick and got me a loan within the hour and the whole process was quick. They've promised that if I need maintenance done on my car but cant get to them for whatever reason, they can drive to Invermere where I live ( a town without dealerships) and drive it back to Kimberley which is close to an hour and a half away. They even bought us lunch. I would definitely recommend this dealership
