Fraud. I would to go to dealerships when I had Honda’s and Toyota’s since in my experience dealerships care more about their product. This place was way overpriced for horrible service. Their « shuttle » is also a scam. Would not suggest to anyone for service or to buy a luxury Vehicle. I got scammed - hopefully others learn from my mistake. Would give negative stars if I could.

Very positive experience. Highly recommend. Stephanie at the front desk is articulate and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly. The mechanic went above and beyond and although they spent many hours tracking down the issue with our car, they only charged us for a one hour diagnostic....and fixed the issue at no charge. Unprecedented.

Amazing. I went here after I had troubles with my Suzuki swift 2008 and my local mechanic could not fix nor see the problem. The lady at the front was understanding and we left it there until the mechanic could find the problem and fix it. We were called the next day with a update and then were called the following day with the great news we could take the car home. My brake light and dash lights were fixed with no extra charge. this is now my go to place if i ever have more trouble with my Suzuki.

I am in the market for a new vehicle. I want to pay cash, no financing. However after reading these reviews one gets the distinct impression that West End Suzuki is staffed by crooks and owned by a crook ! Therefore you have lost an "easy sale !"

Avoid this business! I had my Suzuki serviced there 2 days ago and was told I needed new front brake pads and rotors as the old pads had only 3 mm left. I said go ahead and asked the old parts back. They charged me $550 for replacing front brake pads and rotors. Yesterday I measured the replaced old pads and found they have average 6 mm left. So I went there today complaining that they did not tell me the fact and they should not do business by misleading (lying to) customers. They said the pads were not evenly worn. I would agree the brakes needed adjustment, but not replacement. The assistant manager denied any wrongdoing and asked me to talk to the owner. I now plan to file a complaint with Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council.
