I had a bad day with a long drive ahead of me.. My vehicle wasn't drivable and they squeezed me in for a diagnoses. The entire time waiting, my anxiety was going through the roof on how I was going to afford a new transmission, as that was my best guess on what was going on. It wasn't, but the price was still up there and I was trying so hard not to cry as they told me the issue. A man at front desk cleared my diagnostic bill and suggested an alternative that another shop was able to do, to get me home. For how terrible this was, his kindness outshined it all. I'm forever grateful. Your small gesture made a huge impact. Thank you again, to everyone working today. I'm almost home and owe it all to you guys.

Very disappointing with the service. I recently bought 2013 Ford edge from them. I have already face the same problem twice. My car got overheated I took it to them to fix it and I specifically asked them to double check everything.. but they said it's fix now won't happen it again. I paid $368. But same thing happened again (overheated) within the period of one month and again for the same reason when I ask what exactly wrong with the vehicle they said they don't know we have gone through everything and couldn't find the root cause I'm paying them $200 because they said our first step will be replacing the thermostat which might fix the problem. I am very disappointed & frustrated with the overall service👎

Kelvin was absolutely amazing! I had a personal situation that made me unable to keep my financed vehicle from a different dealership. He reached out to me and got me out of my situation and relieved my stress and personal problems completely! If i ever finance a car again, i'll be coming here!

Absolutely amazing experience at this dealership. Bought a 2020 Santa Fe from a dealership in Calgary, after bringing my car into the dealership in Calgary 4 times over multiple issues they wouldn’t fix because “they weren’t broken”, I gave up. My whole navigation system shut down, brought it to this dealership and they found all the issues and fixed it, no problem. Thank goodness for warranty. The lady that works in the service department, I forget her name, has the most amazing customer service skills and was beyond helpful! The gentleman who also works in service was beyond helpful as well! All around an amazing dealership, the service department specifically. Will be travelling from Calgary to Medicine Hat Hyundai for any future issues!
