Very pleased with how this dealership worked for me. Pleased with Kia in general. I felt they went the distance to resolve the issues with my car, and I'm really looking forward to a nice road trip.

Other than the general manager Marten the experience was a cluster fiasco. The car salesman was pleasant but inexperienced. The manager was obnoxious, but he's always been that way The service manager was absolutely rude and miserable. We had to deal with all of this as well as the many trips to the dealership because of so many mistakes that were made. Marten speaks his mind but he's fair and I like that.

Pretty sure one of the staff drives a white Stinger. You need to slow it down. You're turning onto Trans Canada Way, no the local drag strip. You came out of no where and I thought you were going to rear end me by how fast you came up behind me... Is this how you drive the new vehicles??

Sold a car with loud noises coming from the engine bay telling us that thats what that brand of car does and its NORMAL, bring it to 2 different mechanics and they told us that it needs a rebuilt engine. would not suggest going to this shady company for anything they dont even check to see if anything is wrong before selling it.

Overall I’m very pleased with the service I got from Curtis Wells when buying a vehicle.. I had certain guidelines I wanted and he met everyone of them over and above!!!! I will definitely be back for another vehicle at some point!! Thanks a bunch
