Just bought a used Chevy Colorado. The sales staff and the manager Ben were a pleasure to deal with. Didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t want, they only seemed concerned with finding the truck I wanted which was in my budget. Very happy with my purchase and the price I paid. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

With all of the new vehicles I bought in the past they all came with a little touch up paint bottle. The vehicle I bought from this dealer didn't have one so I called the sales manager, he said the bottle of touch up paint should have been negotiated. ??? - how cheap he is considering the profit made from selling the vehicle. I am sure the owner(s) of the dealership wouldn't be that way. Two months later I notice my vehicle is missing a tow hook (which can be crewed into a slot at the front bumper for towing). I contacted the salesman who I bought the vehicle from. He is now just avoiding me... Again the owner(s) of this dealership wouldn't be that short sighted like the sales manager or the salesman. It's because for such small items but they don't know how to make customers happy? They don't know that they would lose thousands of dollars in after sales service because unhappy customers don't come back. Get this you sales people, the owner(s) needs you to be courteous during and AFTER the sales for the benefits of the service department too!

Best experience I've had buying a vehicle so far. Excellent customer service Update: after I had the vehicle for 3 months the check engine light came on. I stopped driving the vehicle until I could afford to have it diagnosed. Over $13,000 for engine repairs. After further inspection air intake was unhooked and camshaft position sensor was unplugged. Obviously the mechanic lied on the mechanical assessment. Ericksen Nissan were not willing to help at all with repairs or take vehicle back. I now owe $14,000 on a $8000 car that needs $13,000 in repairs. Thank you Ericksen Nissan!!! Do not trust these scam artists you will regret it

I had a great experience at go Nissan North. I was referred from my brother and sister who each picked up a new vehicle a week prior! Doug Bodtcher my awesome sales guy, to finance and sales manager just wanted to HELP me get into a car despite my not so amazing credit. Help, not sell me any junk. Right there is the difference. If you’re hesitant about looking into getting a vehicle like I was because of credit reasons the team at go Nissan North will WORK to get you into one!

Smart and honest customer support. Always gives me great advice about what my car needs and free fluid top ups. I trust them to get me the best price on all my services. John is always willing to help by getting me in right away and I can get a loner car if things need more time. The front desk got me a great deal on my parts and service saving me 100s. No joke these guys know their stuff.
