I love Waterloo Ford. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Took my vehicle in for a tire change out and some maintenance work. The service manager was very informative and discussed what all was needed for my vehicle and the cost of what everything would be.he explained what should be done and what could wait til my next visit. This was very helpful as the total was going to be over $1500.00. We decided on doing what needed to be done and left the rest to thr next maintenance. Which is great when you're on a budget,.

Came to look at a vehicle posted online. Had original salesman have to get help when he found himself overwhelmed with the unwillingness to buy into the typical salesman tactics. One salesman became two then became 3 at the end of the test drive. Eventually made an offer on a vehicle and had the sales staff infer we were out to lunch with the offer, even though they had lied about how long the vehicle had been there citing that as the reason they couldn't drop the price. Bought elsewhere and definately won't return here for anything ever.

At first the service was awesome drove me to work in a Lincoln that had massage fell in love with it. After, the service was completed I tried calling the service department twice to try and get a ride but went straight to voicemail. No big deal waited till my gf got off work and she drove me. When arriving to the dealer they had no idea about the bill or where the car was. I waited 10 mins on the sales floor until a man took me to the service department. This man tried his best to help but spent another 20 mins trying to find the keys and the invoice. Found everything we reviewed the bill and it was stating I needed a new battery this was when I told him I purchased a battery 5 months ago. He did not really have a response. Then he told me they fixed the transfer case and I told him I had no clue about this. He then back stepped and said maybe it was an error. I really lost a lot of confidence in the service and what I was being charged for. At the end of the day This was my first time going to the dealership and it fealt super unorganized and I perceived they wanted to do is sell me services I did not need
