Last weekend I went into Northstar Hyundai after my previous vehicle was written off. I was looking into getting a used car but because of 0% financing and the deal that was offered I could not say no! My experience was amazing. From sales all the way to finance. The Sales gentlemen was funny and made sure I received all the information in regards to the vehicle I was purchasing. Throughout the sales portion I truly believe that the sales rep had the best interest for me to walk away happy. The finance lady was very polite and patient. I am not one to make decisions fast, so when other opportunities came up to add onto my car she was patient and allowed myself to make the decision, I never once felt pressured! On the day I was supposed to pick up my car there was some delay. Because the agreed pick up time was not met one of the Sales rep volunteered to drop my car off at my work place. I was very happy with how flexible the employees were and the willingness everyone was to help! I will be back to purchase future vehicles and will definitely recommend. Thanks! I bought a 2018 Elentra !

Exceeded our Expectations!! Extremely Happy Customers!!! This dealership, mainly Matt (manager) have gone above and beyond our expectations. We were treated like royalty, I am not kidding!!!!! Matt is polite, customer service focused, and is about getting you value for your money. Matt is able to understand your needs, respond to questions and provide with most honest answers. I drove my old vehicle for 10 years, I am vary of "salesman pitches" and all that negative perception you may associated with buying a vehicle. Matt and his team, will treat you with respect, provide the latest info on all vehicles, getting you the right model, and babysit your kids (Kidding...Maybe?) ... You will not experience buyer remorse and you will be treated well. This has been an excellent experience far better than I could have imagined. We got a great vehicle for a competitive price, a great financing deal and everything went super smooth. If you are looking for above a great experience, almost like an all-inclusive (they make coffee for you) fun vehicle shopping experience, go to this dealership and ask for Matt or Jordan or someone on his team. GMs and owners, front desk and finance staff big kudos to you as well!!!!!! Thank you Matt and team for providing us an exceptional service. We will return and maybe earlier than 10 years because you made it a lot of fun.

This is a little late, but better late than never! I am the owner of a brand new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe that I had the pleasure of buying with Tom Jones! He's an awesome asset to the team. To be honest, everyone that we met at the dealership from sales, the sales managers, finance crew everyone was amazing & helpful. I was car shopping after having mine written off in an accident; I had not yet received my insurance payout, but wanted to be ready for when I did. I found a great used vehicle here, was completely honest and upfront about my situation, signed some papers, and put down a deposit. Only a couple of days went by before the phone calls started, asking if I had received my insurance money yet. I had not, but assured them they would be the first ones to know when I did. Another couple of days and I receive the cheque! As I had a lien remaining against my written off vehicle, I had to take care of that before I could put the remainder down on the new vehicle. Northstar Hyundai (the people in the business, who should probably know a little something about the process and time needed in this type of situation) was not pleased that I could not instantly run over and sign the sales papers...even though I was completely transparent from the start. I started receiving multiple texts and phone calls, pressuring me to speed up something completely out of my control. Even guilt tripping me with a situation of them having to 'turn down a better offer' on the vehicle. I then found out the General Manager was trying to sell the vehicle out from under our deal, and if I didn't come in ASAP, they were going to sell it to someone else. I ended up having to sign for 6 years of financing, as the remainder of my payout hadn't come into my account yet. NOT impressed with this dealership at all. A situation completely out of my control, fresh out of a rough accident, and all they cared about was getting the sale in their November numbers. If the vehicle wasn't such a good find, I would have ran the other direction.
