The dealership has an ambience that is not only the physical aspect but most of all internally , the staff that are courteous, amiable, helpful, honest and answers your pertinent questions. Would like to commend my diligent salesman, Kenneth and manager, Nathan or Ethan? They had made my experience smooth and easy. Would recommend friends to come to this dealership.

Great experience at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley. Relaxing and pressure free environment. The sales team were amazing kenneth, Justine and Sales manager Kandy. We told them what we wanted and they did their best to make it possible. And then came the finance manager Anastasia, she went above and beyond to get us good financing rate at a great price. Thank you!

I bought a car here. Everything goes smooth until you are out the door. Make sure to make everything crystal clear in you purchase agreement. I didn't make any mistakes but I am glad I stayed on my toes with this dealer. Even tho repairs are on my purchase agreement on the vehicle I bought. I am still waiting for the repairs 8 weeks later. The same parts have been ordered 2 different times by 2 different managers(Kevin and ethan). Neither manager has contacted me even though they promise to get back to me. These parts are promised to be in stock in a couple of days from when they so call ordered. In the span of 8 weeks I have made no progress in fulfilling my purchase agreement. It comes down to the classic case of DEALERSHIP GREED IN MAKING SALES BUT NOT FULFILLING THERE PROMISES. The manager Ethan sent me this hostile text down below when finding out I reviewed the dealership. "Hey, thanks for the review. I told you it's been ordered. BMW said they'll ship the parts to me once they arrive and I've touched based with them twice. Thanks for that though. Why not text or call me? You have my cell number. A google review won't get your part here any quicker"

If you are looking for a Mercedes you want to speak with Justin Tham at this dealership. If you're looking for someone who isn't going to pressure you, and is simply there to educate you to make an informed decision, then you have found the right person. Even though Justin clearly knew that I wasn't ready for a purchase immediately, he still spent the time to ensure that I have the best experience possible. This dealership is brand new and is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is awesome. If you want a new Benz I wouldn't buy it anywhere else and from anyone else.

Over several months I looked at the German and Japanese built sport coupes. The Mercedes and BMW were the top choices after test-driving the vehicles. Working with Florin (Internet Sales Manager) at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley made the process much easier. Florin made sure we saw the exterior and interior colors, options needed and had us test-drive several vehicles to help us with the decision. With his knowledge of Mercedes/AMG vehicles that were available and the 2019 models specification we ordered a new 2019 C300 coupe. Florin stayed on the top of our order letting us know where it was in the process. His attention to detail, sense of humor, and no pressure approach made the whole purchasing process much more enjoyable. Anastasia in the finance department was very friendly and helpful explaining each of the steps as we went through the paper work process.
