Update Nov 23, 2018: a GM dealership said these guys never changed the air cabin filter since it was made, even after driving it across a province. This was starving the fan causing it to squeal. Plus there was an axle fluid leak! All this within 3 months of owning the car. They clearly don't do any proper inspections of their vehicles. I'm considering going to the BBB this is unacceptable. I went here for them to replace a tire I had punctured. They replaced it but the guys at the counter were rude and clearly annoyed by my concerns and evening arrival, which I had confirmed with them was ok. Turned out it was leaking from the valve stem that same day, but I know it wasn't before this. I told someone from the dealership who said it wasn't their problem. Now my tire can't hold pressure at all. Overall not very happy and I've helped friends get more functional vehicles from more reliable dealerships and they've had no issues with them. The air pressure sensor is messed up and so is the display - which lead to me driving on a flat as I checked the tire it indicated was flat and it was ok. Turns out it was a different tire. Also I was promised the car would be cleaned before I received it since it was used but it looked like someone took 5 minutes and half vacuumed it. Grease spots on the leather and the cupholders were full of crap. I will never recommend this place and save yourself some trouble by not going here either.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Brought my Saab here to get worked on, no major repairs, just a few cosmetic issues, new keys and to get the engined check over. I received my car back with the engine light on, the air conditioning no longer works and the turbo no longer works. I am beyond upset. My car ran beautifully before brining it and now it runs TERRIBLY!!!!!!! I do not know what they did to my car but what kind of place sends the car back with the engine light on when it was brought in for an engine check to make sure everything was good!!!!! It is currently in another shop getting fixed from whatever these people did to my car. I am super unhappy as now I have to pay twice for work on my car. DO NOT TAKE YOU SAAB HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will wreck it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give them a 0 if possible. We’re unwilling to help me with my questions once they had my money. Called for a month to get my parts, called for weeks for schematics afterwards. Ended up calling a dealer in Ontario who had no problem diagnosing the issue without out seeing the car and telling me to return the parts. At which point weeks of calling to have them tell me they weren’t willing to help again.

Took my Saab here for its 100,000km service. I was not disappointed.
