We just purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 from Nor-lan Chrysler. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and ensured that we were well taken care of. They were very accommodating and were able to get us into a truck that suited our needs and budget. Thank you to Dominique, James, Leah and Harsh for all your help in this process. A big shout out to the service department for helping me move a couple of larger items from my old truck to the new one. I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle.

This place was by far my best car buying experience yet! I have visited many car dealerships and used car lots in Grande Prairie but this one was my favorite. Personally, I'm a Ford type of man. I did spend time looking at trucks at lots elsewhere but the customer service wasn't there and salesmen were pushy. I driven by this lot a few times before I finally drove into this one. This was the day I drove my first Dodge Ram 1500. The truck drove like a dream and the instant power behind the wheel is amazing! I went on and drove 2 other trucks on the lot which were also varied models of the 1500. I was so pleased to be working with Wayne during my experience at this lot. He was very knowledgeable of the trucks and wasn't even a bit pushy. Eventually after much negotiations with Wayne, I bought my Ram. It was the best deal in town for a truck and once my wife is ready to buy, we will be back here for her Cummins. Overall, the best truck buying experience I've had.

I find the staff super friendly. They are always able to get you in, and provide excellent service. The only issue I have is that an appointment time means nothing, so it’s pointless to make one. Otherwise definitely recommend. They made getting into a brand new vehicle easy.

I’ve had my Jeep Wrangler for 6 days now and I am so very happy with it. I love it. Dominique and Cody were amazing and so much help. Lovin my new wheels. ❤️

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Nor-Lan Chrysler and my experience could not have been better. The two gentlemen there that helped me buy my Jeep where are the most friendly people I have met in a long time. I was able to take the Jeep for a test drive and shortly after returning to the dealership I had the papers signed and was on my way home with a brand new vehicle. I have never been so happy in my entire life. With the deal I was given I received top of the line floor mats and lifetime oil changes with my vehicle. Talk about working hard for the average Joe. I felt like I really connected with the people working here and they really listened to what I wanted. They worked really hard to get me what I wanted at the end of the day and ensured me that if I had any questions or concerns with my Jeep at any point in time to give them a call or come in and talk with them.
