Service is a rip off. Charged me $2200.00 when a Ford dealer in Calgary told me it’d be around $1000.00. (I live in Calgary but work up in Fort Mac). I should have known when I went to this dealership and they quoted me $1700.00. But what can you do, I was in Fort Mac and my truck needed to be repaired. I’m sure a lovely response will come from them, asking me to contact them, as if it’s going to make a difference and give me my money back.

If you need mechanical work done on your vehicle drive to edmonton, tow it to edmonton, or take it to a different brand dealer all of which will be cheaper, this place charges individual consumers like they have the pockets of big oil companies.

Be careful when purchasing a vehicle and stay diligent. Make sure you're buying a new car and not a lemon. They saw me coming a mile away.

After replacing my motor they never installed the blockheater. What's that all abut ? You think the vehicle was bought with a block heater and then replaced under warranty they would have reinstalled it .
