So happy with the service at Koch auto body. They did amazing work either the repairs. They polished out an ugly scratch on the side. They also cleaned the inside of the cab wish was a wonderful bonus because it was very dirty. I definitely recommend Koch auto body in Athabasca.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this dealership, specifically due to Micheal Wallace. He went over and above to make sure that I was happy with my purchase long after the dealership had taken my money. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Micheal for anyone looking for a fair, honest, and ethical salesperson.

Could not say enough good things about Koch Ford Athabasca! My vehicle broke down while at a shutdown nearby and I had my vehicle towed here. The team at Koch did absolutely everything in their power to help me out when it was determined I'd need a new engine, from stopping work before racking up unnecessary fees, to searching for used parts for me, and finally dealing with the disposal when the repairs would be more than the vehicle was worth. Koch Ford made sure I understood what was happening, and were wonderful in the followup, offering replacement vehciles and really just going above and beyond any service I've ever had at a dealership before. I highly recommend Koch Ford Athabasca to anyone in need of a vehicle and amazing service experience. Thank you Koch Ford!

Amazing service from the body shop, they took care of everything and did it in a very quick timeline. I was in a pinch and they fully accommodated me setting up courtesy service and taking care of the insurance claim. Highly recommend. Thanks
