ok so where do i begin, both aimie and joey plus and the members on their team are amazing. Never met a more talented parts manager or a hard working one, joey is a stud and wears a beard really well, not sure about that hair line however lol great team awesome place to do business!

Since Peter has come back, there service is great. They have other mechanics that are good, and if Peter teaches them the finer details they will have an amazing shop. I also like parts and sales. Nice to have a little personal touch when stopping in.

Inquired about a motorcycle. Didn't have the model I was looking for but thanks to Parker for his excellent customer service and extensive knowledge we found something that suited my needs. Thank you and keep up the good work!

UPDATE, I find in interesting they claim the damage was done in shipping and that they notified me the unit I was purchasing was 3 years old with "signs of wear". Yes, I was aware it was a 2015 model however nothing was ever mentioned about the condition not being new. Would any normal consumer not ask for pictures or details on what these "signs of wear" are? This is clearly a fabrication of the truth. I'm not surprised by this as this a company makes a sale on a product they didn't have (or sold to someone else after the fact). I have bought a lot of machines in my lifetime and I've never had an experience like these folks provided. I own 6 quads, 6 dirt bikes, a boat and a sled so to say I'm well versed in power sports equipment is an understatement. I could ramble on about the issues I faced but i'll just highlight a few... 1) First sales guy I dealt with knew nothing about snowmobiles and could not even get me prices on the accessories I wanted to purchase with the machine. 2) It took them 4 weeks to process the paper work for the sale. 3) Weeks after everything was agreed upon and the deal was signed the informed me they sold the machine I had agreed to buy. Actually, they told me it was never available...four week to determine they sold something they didn't have, Brutal 4) The machine showed up dirty and rusted and damaged from sitting out in a yard for a long time. They charged me $400 to PDI it but sent it full of dirt, rust and with factory parts not installed. My favorite part is the goggle bag was all discolored and wrecked even though it had a tag that clearly said, "Dealer ensure this bag is removed if the unit is stored outside" After all the issues they created I only asked that they replace the bag and they refused. I could go on and on about the managers not returning calls, and a number of other issues but ultimately my advise is this, avoid this place as customer service is very low on their priorities.

Great start, rocky ride , happy ending. I purchased my 2016 Arctic Cat Mudpro 700 Ltd here. Joey was awesome to deal with and beat everyone's price from here to Edmonton. Good guy, but still owes me an owners manual. I'm gonna have to charge him a large dark roast triple triple for the wait... lol. My machine had an issue from the factory that was not caught by their tech when I brought it in a few times to solve. It resulted in a broken axel, a burnt out clutch belt and lots of riding time lost. All this with less then 200 kms on the machine. To be fair, it is hard to find an internal issue and machines do break. But had my complaints been properly addressed, I believe a better diagnostic could of been performed and my machine repaired faster. It was all covered under Arctic Cat warranty. So big plus there. Feeling robbed of riding time, I contacted the owner Myles Longphee. He took care of me right away. He renewed my confidence in my machine. Brought value back into my purchase. And closed the gap between customer and customer service. Myles truly backs up his product and values his customers. He went above and beyond for me. I run a local ATV club and Myles understood how important it was for me to be out with the group riding. I look forward to this upcoming riding season and future business with Grande Prairie Power Sports. I will be back. Oh.., and thanks for the Sens hat :-)
