I have been going to Revolution Ford in Slave lake for many years because they are always very helpful. I contacted them on a Tuesday and I was picking up my new Ford on the Wednesday. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I had some work done on my truck recently. When I got it back there was a dent on 2 separate pieces of chrome on the console. Nobody said anything about it when I picked the truck up. The next day I happened to look down at the console and seen them. So I went back to them and told them and they said oh yeah, when we mess up here we fix it and we have ordered the pieces and I guess we should have told you. A week or so later they phoned and said the pieces had come in and they needed my truck to install them. I asked the service guy, so their both in? He said yes. After the work was done when I picked the truck up I seen that they had only replaced one of the pieces. The other dent is still there although they managed to push most of it out. My truck is pretty new and is a 65,000.00 truck. I think when I take my truck in to be serviced that it should be returned to me in the same or better condition. If they screw up they should fix it completely. The previous owner of this Ford dealership screwed up something on my SUV when I took it down for servicing and never did fix it even though I took it back 3 times. I talked to the owner back then about it and he said to me, our guys would never do that, and if it ever fails you, you come talk to me about it and we'll do something to help you. Two or three months later he sold the dealership to the people that now own it. He knew at the time that he was selling it. These large sales don't happen overnight. He was just determined that it would not affect his bottom line. So his problem has now become my problem. I now have a vehicle that I don't dare take out of town because of that problem and I now have another vehicle that while the dent is cosmetic and quite small, I see it everyday and I shouldn't have to. If I was to sell it tomorrow how much would I lose because of a dent. The prospective buyer would think to himself that if he didn't fix that what else is wrong. I myself look at that dent and wonder what else did they screw up on that I can't see and when will that problem show up and how much will it cost me. The moral of the story: Most people are not honorable and cover up their screw ups instead of taking ownership for them and the new owners of this dealership are apparently cut out of the same cloth as the last one.

Excellent sales and service. Will probably never go back to Chevy dealer again, hopefully, especially if the services holds up as good as the sales services we received as a family. My daughter bought her ford 150 at slave ford and than my husband brought his followed by my husband but it took me a year to change from my Buick enclave to my ford platinum and hoeing it holds up as good as my Buick.

I just moved to Faust on August 1,2018 and came from Edmonton (also in car sales down there) This company has really stepped out of the normal Dealership atmosphere of pressure and "buy, buy, buy" sales tactics and has completely changed my view on how a successful car dealership can be run. Out of all the places I have worked, Revolution and Slave lake Ford in particular have easily taken First place in my books.

long time customers of SL Ford and they never fail to impress me. Service done on time and the Service Staff was excellent to deal with. I recommend this dealership.
