Very unhappy

I had an inspection done at their location and they told me that I needed a new transmission. I got it replaced and the issue persisted. Fountain tire showed me that it wasn’t the transmission for the electronic system that switches gears. I lost $4000 because of their bad diagnosis. Very unhappy

Lloydminster staff provided outstanding service! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My questions were all answered respectfully, paperwork was completed in a timely manner and my vehicle was everything I expected. I would highly recommend Lloydminster Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thank you for the terrific experience!

I can't say enough good things about Lloydminster Hyundai! Not only were they friendly and easy to work with, they were also careful, thorough, and committed to making sure I got what I needed. As a single mom, one income, I needed something I could afford. Not only did they find me that, they found me one with more upgrades than I had hoped for and an amazing 8 year warranty. They truly went out of their way to make sure I was looked after, and made me feel like we were on the same team. Thank you Carter (and Ryan!) for making my car buying experience so low stress!

Bought my first dealership vehicle from here and was walked through every step of the process by the sales associate who answered every question I could think of. The selection was slightly limited but it was thoroughly explained that if I was interested in a vehicle they didnt have on site, that it could be brought in for me to look at as well. The staff was very straightforward and knowledgeable in both the vehicles being sold and the costs associated with them that made me feel confident in the purchase of my vehicle. Shortly after the purchase I began experiencing some problems with my vehicle where the cause was relatively unknown. The staff was very straightforward and explained every step of the process to me and the problem was repaired in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with the service from the sales associates as well as the management team.
