A very special thank you to Robert in receiving, for going out of his way, and the staff who took the time to care for a small health issue that I had occurred in a short period of time while delivering your freight. I can't say enough heart-felt Thank You to great staff!! Cam XPO Logistics

The greatest service ever! Shennay and Spencer deserve a huge thanks and good job! My cat skidsteer has never ran so good. It all starts with the person answering the phones and then the mechanics are awesome.

I've been very frustrated as of late with our experiences here. Parts department has always been great to us but we've had our tractor in for service lately and I don't feel like customer service has been a priority at all. Our tractor was in the shop for a month. It's been in and out 3 times and has to go back again. Thankfully, repairs are currently covered by warranty but we've paid our deductible twice (which is close to $1000 each time). No rental or loaner tractor was offered, even after asking AND talking to a manager about it. Communication with service managers has been lacking and phone calls aren't always returned. We haven't even received a complimentary pen. Basically, parts guys are great, mechanics are awesome, but I'm really just not feeling the love here at all.

Keegan Urick thank you very much for taking the time to help us out after our truck broke down on the way to Mudfest in bonnyville. If you are ever at an event we are at you have a free meal coming your way. Trappers Cabin appreciates your kindness.

Ran in to truck issues at 5:30 PM. Pulled into Redhead and got looked after immediately although they closed at 6. Thanks to Spencer, Chad, and Skylar for getting me back on the road!
