We were very impressed with the service we received at Western RV. Our sales rep John Maxwell asked what type of trailer we were looking for and what were our priorities. Within a few minutes he showed us exactly what we wanted. It was a perfect fit. The sales manager Tom Christensen was very easy to deal with on specific requests to make the deal go through. Both were very professional and made our experience enjoyable.

Just bought a 2018 Catalina from Western RV. I had the honor and privilege of dealing with John and Tom. Don't get me wrong I called every other place for pricing on what I was looking for. Western RV was the only place that treated me with respect, honesty and integrity. No upsells, and they made sure I got what I want. Even their RV techs were top notch people showing me every detail of my unit. You would be crazy not to deal with these fine people. The Murray family thanks you for your dedication to our happiness and we will send any business we can your way. Thank you again.

Trailer brakes went in my trailer on the way to red deer. Stopped in to see if they could help. It took five minutes and such friendly service. They didn't even charge me for the work. Great job!

STAY AWAY!!! I brought my camper in for warrenty work and winterization October 2017, picked it up and did not notice the damage to my slide, that was very poorly covered up enough that I wouldn't notice till the slide was out next year and it was too late. When I noticed the damage summer 2018 I called and they denied that it was them, but the camper is stored in my yard and has never been to another dealer. After 2 months of talking to every western rv dealer in the province, a dealer in Calgary offered to cover $300 of damages, I said no I want it totally covered this shouldn't cost me anything. Rick Flint the service manager then assured me that he could fix it for 300, so I agreed Then after 2 months I called and and they said "oh the parts just arrived bring it in". So they fixed the trailer and I came to pick it up and there is a bill for $150 and I can't take the trailer home till I pay it. And they went longer than they thought on labor so it went over. Thanks Western RV you wrecked my trailer and I have to pay to fix it
