I was very impressed with Fountain Tire. Their online appointment tool is quick and easy. They were very courteous, well organized and extremely efficient. I will definitively be recommending them to friends and family.

I have dealt with this store on there occasions now and the gentleman, whom I think is the manager and I think his name is Mike, was my representative each time. I must say....it is really easy to talk to him and he clearly has shown himself to be a common sense individual, as opposed to being a shill for the corporation that you usually see from a person in that position. He is genuine in his attempts to help whomever walks through the front door, I was noticing as I was waiting for my tire to be replaced. He worked with my limitations and found a solution to each of my three separate problems that displayed his willingness to get the job done, no matter what it took. I really appreciate that in a person who is the face of the business. Good on you.

Was stranded at Canadian Tire on a holiday monday when I noticed I had a flat tire. The staff at Canadian tire told me I had to wait 5-6 hours before they would look at it. Called all around the city and Fountain Tire was the only shop willing to help me out and squeeze me in on a busy day. The staff was accommodating and friendly, will definitely be a repeat customer!

* Great service. Sales Rep was very helpful and informative. Made choosing the right tires for my vehicle effortless. Took less than an hour start to finish getting all four tires replaced.
