My wife and I just purchased our new home away from home from Mike Rahal at Holiday RV. As out of province shoppers we were pleased to find Holiday RV competative with there pricing. We found Mike was both knowledgeable and patient and felt he had our interests at heart. The service department did a good job getting us organized and safely on the road. We look forward to more dealings with Holiday RV.

I was and still am extremely happy with my dealings with Holiday RV. They took my existing RV ( a competitors model ) on trade in and offered me a much better value for my unit than the dealership I had previously purchased 3 Class A units from. I met the manager and owner and both are “ regular “ guys. While we were making the deal , we decided to upgrade to a different model and yet they allowed the original deal to hold. I have since done some damage to my trailer and have had to order parts. I found service department to be very competent , friendly and prompt. They got my parts in and back on the road. Over the past 3 months I’ve had questions on the operation of the trailer and have received immediate info from my salesman no matter how trivial my questions. As you can tell I highly recommend this family owned and operated company.

Best in Medicine hat by far. Super friendly, not pushy which is a big win. When you say you only want a 30' and they dont try and get me into a 40' it's a win in my opinion. Mike is crazy patient with us. We've been looking for over a year and he's still kind when we come in to walk through another.

Great service from these guys buying my first trailer, Chad the Sales manager was great to deal with for pricing, Ken was very professional in finance, and Bill was very helpful during the delivery of our trailer explaining everything I needed to know before I pulled it off the lot. Definitely give these guys a call if you are thinking about a new or used trailer.
