I had a fantastic experience buying my 2018 Infiniti Q 50 sport. Becker, Jordan, Matthew and Andrew were all awesome. Everybody was super friendly and made me feel very important. I left there feeling very happy and proud of my new car. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I couldn’t be happier and I love my car! Thanks Ericksen Ryan

Great customer service, Mike T. was very accommodating and continues to provide after care service. They were willing to negotiate the price and the dealership is extremely professional place to walk into. Everyone from the receptionist to sales, to service was great to deal with. Overall great experience!

My overall experience with everyone at Ericksen Infiniti was above and beyond from what i was expecting. I was was in a very difficult position with my previous vehicle not working. They made the experience stress free as I was without a vehicle and provided transfers from and to my work to the dealership. Mahmoud (Mike) Torbeih (sales associate) was awesome and very friendly and sociable. Becker (sales manger) and Mahmoud worked very hard and were able to approve me for a new vehicle and traded in my previous vehicle even though it was not working. they treated me like family. I am very satisfied my new Infiniti Q50s and I am glad I chose to go to this dealership. I would highly recommend Ericksen Infiniti to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. All the staff are very friendly from the driver who picked me up several times, to the sales associates and managers.

Staff is amazing here, I have never felt more welcome anywhere. Customer service was amazing which made my vehicle buying process much more enjoyable. Anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend you see Mike T, he was very friendly and comfortable to be around, he never once made me feel I was forced into anything which I'm thankful for! Also want to say thankyou to Matthew Reid, he did an amazing job at explaining the financial side of things, and got me into my Chevy as quickly as he could!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! They sold me a car with multiple existing issues. They do not call you ever unless they are trying to sell to you. Disgusting sales people and horrible service. Details below: First time on a long trip: car goes into limp mode, I have to put the pedal to the floor to maintain 100km/h over hills on the highway. I catch this within warranty. They diagnose it and order the part. They say it'll be there within a few days and they'll call me. They never call me. I call them and they fix it. When I originally pick up the vehicle they say a mechanic left a light on so I have to leave the car on for 45 minutes. Annoying but no big deal. I have since gone through 2 batteries in warm weather. Something is draining the battery when not in use. I'm taking it in to get fixed elsewhere as this is not under warranty. I had a bad feeling about this dealership and should have listened to my gut. The only time they had good service was before I signed the papers. After that they didn't care at all. They where fixing a dent for me before I got possession and were a week late from when they said they'd be done. Also when I phoned to check up they told me they would call me multiple times and never did. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SHADY PEOPLE. You'd expect better from a "luxury dealership".
