Successful businesses do everything they can to have repeat customers. Darcy at High River Toyota is the epitome of what it takes to do this. From the moment I walk through the door I am the reason he came to work that day. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair and always striving to exceed my expectations. Thank-you Darcy. Darcy Argue is one of the nicest Customer Service Representatives you will ever meet. He is attentive to your needs and listens to what you have to say. And he is always happy to greet you. HR Toyota always does a great job of keeping my Venza on the road.

I have been taking my vehicle to High River Toyota for the past couple of years. I had gone through a fair number of service shops and expenses until I decided to go directly to the dealership. What a difference! The customer service is outstanding. Darcy is by far the most pleasant, patient and personable individuals I have dealt with. When people talk about taking their vehicle in to be serviced at the dealership the fear is the costs associated with the job. Darcy makes you feel like family and I appreciate that I am the one making decisions about my vehicle. High River will advise on what they think you need but you decide what is right for your budget. I have had numerous questions on my vehicle which Darcy was more than willing to take the time to explain what is going on and what I need to look for. And the best part is I don't have to worry as High River picks up and delivers my vehicle back to me in the city. I would definitely recommend any one who wants reliability and assurances to speak to Darcy and the High River Toyota team!
