Darrel and Matt were extremely helpful in purchasing my 2018 F-150. I was able to do everything over the phone and by email, and drove down from outside of Edmonton to pick up the truck. It looked great and had everything my wife and I wanted in it for features. This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had, because it was stress free and I was able to trust they were giving me the best deal. I shopped around the bigger dealers in Edmonton and none of them provided the same level of service or were as helpful. Thank you again Matt and Darrel and I will for sure make the 3+ hour drive when it comes time to getting another vehicle.

Lovely facility, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating, and very knowledgeable. While working out warranty concerns on my vehicle it was a little back and forth for a while but we were able to work things out, they are there to help!

Brad, the service manager/service advisor at this Ford dealership is the major reason I keep going back to have my 2015 F450 serviced there. He is definitely the most personable service advisor I have met in my 45 years of having vehicles serviced anywhere here in Alberta. And the sales process was good too, back a few years ago now. I highly recommend this Ford dealer.

I had an awful experience at High River Ford when I needed to get my car fixed last year. Lied to me about what needed to be done, and the mechanic couldn’t even figure out the problem with my car was that one of the tires was mistakenly a summer tire, when it was supposed to be all weather (another bad experience from a tire shop). Tried to tell me that it would be 900 dollars to fix the “problem” so I went to another place to get a quote and they told me that what Ford told me was wrong with my car was in perfect working condition and what was actually wrong with my car (the wrong sized tire) was a way cheaper fix. Now my car has been in great working condition since. I usually don’t write reviews, but High River Ford has contacted me twice now about their VIP event even after I told them I had a bad experience with them and will never give them my business. I felt like they tried to take advantage of me because I’m a young female, whether it’s the truth or not.

I've purchased two new vehicles from High River ford. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful, and I simply cannot recommend this dealership strongly enough. My first purchase was a loaded 2015 Focus ST. The salesperson, and financing manager made the process very comfortable, and worked with me to keep the total monthly spend on my car within my budget. The second purchase was a 2017 Focus RS. While Chris and Matt couldn't meet my budget, they came really close and got me a far better deal than other dealerships were offering. I purchased the car slightly below sticker with zero runaround, a rarity for a RS at the time. I know this because another dealership gave me nothing but the runaround for over a week, while the High River staff patiently waited for me to compare other options. I ran into some issues when I went to have my first service done at another dealership under my maintenance plan. All I had to do was speak with Matt and he got the plan amended. As the car still needed its scheduled service during this time Matt arranged to reimburse me for the difference between my required synthetic oil and the conventional oil while the plan was being updated. Again, these people are amazing. If you are looking for a stress free buying experience, I simply can't recommend them highly enough. My next vehicle will probably be purchased here as well.
