I just recently purchased a 2003 Crown through William over the New Year/Christmas. Even with the busyness over the holidays he got my vehicle to me in very ample time! He was also very patient with me through the process, even answering questions about the vehicles I was looking to buy, not just about the import process itself. All around it was a very comfortable and accommodating experience, the only downside seems to be that William is an elusive man. At times he is hard to reach, though I never had a question go unanswered. This is very easily excused though, as his quality of work speaks for the silence. Much respect for the work you do, I’ll be back!

Since the mid-2010’s I’ve imported over 10 vehicles with JDM Connection. Simply put, William is the most knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy business owner I’ve dealt with in this industry. Take his advice, ask questions, and you’ll be very pleased with the product you receive. Fantastic cars, from mild to wild.

This is how dreams happen. William made this experience super smooth, found an immaculate version of the car I was after and got it here safe and sound. Patience is the game, it takes time but I would never found a car this clean without his service. Trust the reviews he definitely delivers.

At first I was a bit scared to import a car from Japan but after my first experience with JDM Connection, I wouldn’t hesitate to import another JDM vehicle from them. Originally, I was looking to import a small kei car but thought about practicality and ended up getting an Odyssey instead. William helped me through the process and like others have said, timely responded to all of my questions. The buying process was easy, William handled all of the documents and such, all I had to do was pay and wait. Shipping did take quite a bit longer than expected but other than that, the experience was smooth even though I had many worries. Just got the car road legal and registered here in Edmonton and I’m loving it! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to import a JDM vehicle and will definitely be importing another one in the future!

I recently purchased a 2008 Lexus IS250 from William. Dealing with William was great, he replies to you as soon as possible I have a lot of questions about a vehicle he got an answer. Transactions was smooth and easy. There’s a lot of waiting so be sure you have a lot of patience. From my experience it took 5 months From May 2023 till October 2023 it took so long because there was a Strike at the Port in B.C but I’m assuming without those setbacks it will only take about two months for the vehicle to get here in Canada. I will buy again from him soon and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying a JDM cars.
