I have always had excellent service at this dealership, and respect not found elsewhere in this town. Jobs are done when predicted and fair price for service provided. Very knowledgeable sales department and not pushy!! Thank you!!

I am very impressed with the service I received at this dealership. I'm from Edmonton and work out of town, which made it hard to go into the dealership. I dealt with Mike over the sale and gave him a tall order that other dealerships have told me was impossible to accomplish. While searching for a truck he was very accommodating with everything. Once we pinned down a deal where the dealership went the extra mile to respect my needs, the truck I bought was in Lloydminster, my wife wasn't able to be at the dealership to sign paperwork and Mike, the drivers, and Krystal in finance made sure all hurdles were overcome so that I did not have to drive back to Drayton. They truly have surpassed the service any other dealership has given me, or anyone I know.

I decided I wanted to trade in my Wrangler from something a bit nicer, and while I live in Calgary, a vehicle from Dodge Drayton Valley came up in my search. I decided to contact them, and was so happy with how I was treated. Mike in sales sent me a video tour of the car and its features, Krystal in finance did everything she could for me over the phone and email, and made herself available over text as well to make my life easier, and Dennis delivered my car for me so I didn't have to travel to Drayton Valley for my new car. Overall I am so happy with how the transaction went and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in Alberta searching for a new/used vehicle.

Came here after reading good reviews. Terrible place to deal with. Salespeople pressure you management was terrible he actually hit on my gf as I was chatting with sales. They claim expert detailing of vehicle, there was mud in all perforations of seat, under seat and flip down arm rest. New front window was installed wrong and cracked in the first week. Diesel fill tube was cracked I drove a good distance and I went to barter my trade in there was zero movement, seen my trade in for double the price a few days later....double!!!! I've delt with many dealerships and this was an awful experience. Never will I recommend this dealership.
