Rebuilding my SXS front end. Tore it apart, did my research, and went down to Powersports. Needed their shop facility to pull the wheel bearings, from the knuckles. Ordered all the ball joints, bearings, and steering joints while there. Parts came in exactly when they said they would, and steering knuckles had bearings pressed in the following day..... Friendly and accurate service, reasonable shop rate, and great staff.... Shop with the Little Guy.......

Worst experience ever. Do not go here unless you wanna get ripped off. I almost got a lawyer involved.

I’m always willing to spend a bit more to support local business. I asked if they could get me a air filter for my sxs. Gave them my year make model etc etc. “Yup ain’t cheap”. No worries right. Have to pay up front cause it’s a “special order” again no worries. Part comes in and it’s the wrong one. “Nothing I can do man “ Is what I’m told. “ I don’t return special orders”. Well I’m glad you can mess up and basically tell your customers to F off. You got your money and don’t want to admit you made a mistake. That’s fine I’ll bite the bullet. And not that it matters if you lose 1 Customer over this, but hopefully a few people read this. Think twice before paying for something up front unless you know if they messed up the company will return it and get you what you need.
