Never shopped there before but I will definitely be back many times. Kourtney was awesome. Good attitude, very easy to deal with and she went that extra mile to get me what I needed. I don’t usually post reviews but give credit where credit is due!! 👍

There sales department is pretty good I bought 1 atv and 2 sleds from them. Their parts department is fantastic , they are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help . Haven’t had to use the service department yet but the advisor seams friendly. Great job!

The WORST sled shop we have ever been to!!! The service writer was rude and obnoxious, the mechanic missed a bunch of important issues with the machine, the paper work was wrong ... AND they wouldnt release sled! (I had to call the RCMP, and threaten to have them come to the shop for them to give me my property). Do NOT go to this shop!

Kourtney was very helpful at the Red Deer location she went out of her way to check colors of snowmobile covers and was very knowledgeable about all the other products in the store I would highly recommend going there, the spacious wide open layout was excellent for viewing products and five stars to Kourtney. Thanks Ken

Big shout out the service department, O2 sensor changed and tire installed. Awesome job with no downtime. Heading to Sturgis with no worries and saves me trying to book in Calgary, with my schedule it's tough. Will be coming here from now on, great guys and great service. 2015 Indian Roadmaster Thanks again
