Fast, reasonably priced, do what is asked and offer advice when asked or needed. They epitomize what good customer service should be all about. I feel safe bringing my vehicle here and I am not treated like a dumb blonde by the male staff either. They make sure that what they do is done right and that is all a customer wants. The prices are also reasonable and you can do off season storage if you want of your tires. Perfect.

Excellent response from the service desk staff. They made sure my work was done promptly and thoroughly. Advised me on upcoming specials and communicated clearly any concerns with my vehicle. Kal tire has been a great supporter of school teams.

We left our tires in storage there and got my wives car tires changed to winter tires. The staff member Sam was very helpful and informative. I did shop around and I have to say that this will be our go to place now.

I had my winter tires installed at Kal Tire in their Box Spring Medicine Hat location. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They were courteous and professional. Even my grandchildren were impressed with their “window that looks into the shop”. The 10 year olds were so excited to be able to watch the whole project from comfy stools while munching on popcorn and guzzling hot chocolate (courtesy of Kal Tire). A very enjoyable experience and we will certainly be back. Ruby Tunke/Rob Martin Medicine Hat, AB
