No stars!!! They only seem to want your money, very rude on the phone when asking for help regarding an engine that I had brought in for repair. They told me that they didn't like working on that type of engine because of all the problems related to it and then blamed me for the problem? Will drive into Edmonton next time for some decent customer service!!

Attended location with a fresh torn V-belt off of a mower deck. I asked the guy at the counter if they could match it with one in the back or measure it but he refused to help unless I had a part number. I attended a location two doors west who measured and determined which belt I required within 5 min.

Best deal on a quad I've ever found. Friendly, honest with zero pressure service. Will definitely be going back again.

The reviews about the shop picking and choosing what they want to work on is bang on. They wouldn't touch my 2 stroke quad and complained about many different things on it. I took it to another shop down the road and it needed a whole 1 hour of labour. Parkland's opinion on me having the wrong carb was also wrong. I don't think these "mechanics" could fix their way out of a cereal box.

Attitude of the staff is not very nice. If you don't spend money they will not talk to you or will talk to you like you are an idiot. I would not recommend this place as the staff have no manners and put you below them, I am a mechanic and am not an idiot so they shouldn't treat anyone in that manner.
