Our initial experience was good. My windshield washer stopped working, so I took the car to Westlock ford. They checked it out, said the hose was chewed by mice, they would order parts and the cost was to be about $360. Said I thought it was excessive but proceeded. They never did get back to me, and 3 weeks later I stopped at my mechanics place, he had it fixed in 15 minutes at a cost of $22.00. We then went to them about winter tires and Asked for a quote but again thy did not get back to us so we went to Cal tire who gave us a quote immediately so we bought tires from them. Also when we went to change the tire they could not find the tire key which caused delays and they had to wreck the wheel nut to change tires, also there is no block heater cord on the vehicle, which they will fix this week. They are now going to do recovery. One question I have is, why could they not fix that washer tube? I would have left happy and not fighting to see through three weeks of nasty wet weather. So all taken into consideration our experience was not good. The car however is a pleasure to drive, and runs well.
