Most seamless car buying experience. Denis helped us with our purchase, very knowledgeable and had an honest demeanor. Denis was patient with me and understood my need to analyze every car I was considering. Gary and Jason both helped with the financing and they were both very helpful and tried to work with my budget on my monthly payment preference. Gary was especially patient with me and my circumstance. He was very understanding and made me feel that he genuinely trying to help. There was another gentleman who helped explain in detail what their warranty covered. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly. No pressure car sales tactics, no waiting other than for my insurance to fax over my proof of coverage. I couldn’t be happier. I will be back to purchase another vehicle when we decide to get another one.

We bought a car from Hertz Used Cars in Beaverton. It was a painless, hassle-free and speedy experience. Our salesperson Dennis was very approachable, knowledgeable and directed us straight to the cars that fit our budget and needs. We arrived around 3:30 and left at 6pm with our "new to us" car. My daughter was thrilled and I was glad it was so straightforward. I recommend these guys if you are looking for an affordable, well-maintained car at a fair price and a no-hassle sales process.

I just have to say Maureen Jones was absolutely amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a great experience buying a car. If you come to Hertz Car Sales, which I highly recommend, ask for Maureen! My boyfriend and I came in looking for a car for him and each left with a car. Maureen must have sat there with us for 4-5 hours while we test drove multiple cars and filled out all the paperwork. Maureen made it easy and stress free. I am SO happy with my new car!!! Thanks to Maureen and Hertz Car Sales team!!
