This place bent over backwards to get me financing literally the most helpful car dealership I have ever been too. They kept me up to date and stayed in contact with me from the get go. Mike was very upfront and honest, they put me in a beautiful vehicle in my price range. Nick made sure to review everything with me upon signing and made me coffee to boot. Need a new to you vehicle? I cannot stress enough what a great experience it was dealing with CarAvenue. They went above and beyond to accommodate my budget and to find something that was a good fit for me. MIke was very knowledgeable and helpful while assisting me with my search for a vehicle and I ultimately drove away with a vehicle that I love. I never once felt pressured to buy anything. Mike was great about letting me really inspect each vehicle, he took me to test drive each of them, spent time showing me each and every feature, and I was never rushed in making my decision. A few days after my purchase I needed to jump start my car so I called them right away for help and they told me to get the car there for them to look at. They looked over my car and found a loose connection on the battery which they fixed at no charge! Definitely will be recommending them to everyone in the future

The wife and I had been looking for a certain type of Vehicle (Suv) and had visited 4 different (smaller) dealerships in the lower mainland. To our complete shock and dismay, every dealership we went to, we found evidence of them being shady. From photo shopped online pictures to the old “bait and switch” move to try and sell my wife and I something we didn’t want. After months of searching, we were ready to give up. We then switched our focus to another type of vehicle, a luxury SUV that was both our dream vehicle. This is when we came accross Nick and Car Avenue in Abbotsford. This was a different type of search buying a unique vehicle such as this, so we relied on online reviews, outside mechanics and inspections, and data research including full car fax/Icbc reports. We invested a few hundred dollars during this time on vehicles we didn’t end up buying. We looked at 3 other SUVs all that had very similiar kms, features, and in Ismailiar (Very good) overall condition. After all the investigations were completed, Nick and Car Avenue had provided us the best service, they were fully accommodating, and they created a perfect opportunity for us to make this purchase, and not to mention delivered right before Christmas so I was able to surprise the Wife. What Nick doesn’t maybe realize was that this was a child hood dream of mine, to own this Brand off Vehicle, and so it was so exciting to finally accomplish this goal. Nick made this experience absolutely perfect and the SUV is even better than I imagined. Nick was nothing but honest, polite, and a pleasure to negotiate with and I will be referring him to anyone that is looking for a pre-owned vehicle. The lot guy and finance gal were awesome too. Thank You NIck and Car Avenue! ! Ps. I dream all week of Saturdays, because that’s when I get to drive her 😎. Lol.

Make sure you have any vehicle check by an independent mechanic before you buy - learned the hard way! I see that the "owner" has responded to my review above... I had come from Vancouver Island to purchase the vehicle based on their so called "inspection report". In reality the vehicles brakes were so badly rusted that I had to spend over $1000.00 to make the vehicle safe to drive. Their response was not what has been written here. I find it ironic that they would spend so much time to write a response to my comments. So again, I suggest that before you buy any vehicle, that you have an independent assessment done. After all, Integrity means looking after your customers and accepting responsibility.
