I have never had anything but dismal experiences at this dealership. At the first visit, about 10 years ago, the salesperson was so rude that we had to complain to the general manager. He did try to correct things by offering us the vehicle at a steep discount, but by then we were soured. Three years ago we stopped in to look at a volt. They had none in stock and we had to look at one that was owned by a salesman. We couldn't look in or drive one. The salesman, a fellow in a cowboy hat was apologetic, but what could he do? They had no stock. Recently, we wanted to buy a Bolt. Again, none on the lot, although other dealers had stock. I'm not sure why, but the whole experience didn't seem very engaging. I ended up getting a bunch of emails, but no real engagement. I have never rated a business a one star before.

Stay away from this dealer they judge you from what car you drive and how you look. I pulled in with my honda civic wearing work clothes parked walked the lot went into showroom not one person acknowledged me. I left came back a week later in my 2018 range rover svr had sales person running outside to greet me.

Bought two vehicles here with extended warranty. False promises were made and important details were not disclosed. Very disappointed and would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I have been going here for 8 years with 3 different vehicles and although I have found the work to be okay, the service desk is too slow and lately often has 1 station equipped with a service tech. Shouldn't have to wait well over half an hour each time and then have the tech leave me to go look at somebody else that arrived and asks a questions which makes me wait another 10 minutes so I give up and leave. Why is that customer so important they have to drop everything for them. They certainly made me wait my turn. If this were just an "incidence" I would be more patient but it's become a "pattern" so indicates this is the way they they treat their customers now.

I bought my truck from them. By the time I got it home I found a thumbtack in between my tire tread. Pulled it out and heard the nitrogen hissing out, put it back in and brought it back to them. They fixed it for free. (Actually think my salesman might have paid out of his own pocket) great to be taken care of, the sales guys are awesome.
