What a pleasant experience buying a car at Pioneer. Ryan, the salesperson, was SUPER!!! I could tell he was a very honest man, proud of what he's doing. Ready to listen to his clients and help them find what they want. I had been shopping for a right car for myself for a few months and trying many different cars at many different dealerships. I had talked to many car salespeople so I know and can tell how great he was. Even the lady who helped me with insurance coverage was awesome!! Her name is Kathy. Very helpful and thoughtful!! I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me with financing because I forgot to bring his business card but he was such a great helper too!!! I was more than happy to buy Jodie, my new car's name :), here at Pioneer in Mission Thank you everyone for such an awesome experience!!!

The service department has been nothing short of amazing during a bad situation. They are friendly and welcoming the moment you step through the door. They took the time to keep me updated and answer all my many questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for great service!

Terrible experience here. A salesman called me about a vehicle I'm selling and told me to come trade it in and finance the remainder on a newer vehicle. I saw a Dodge Dart for $9000 on their lot and figured I could get about 5 thousand on my trade in and do a small finance for the rest. Left work early to come see the car and make a deal, they called me on the way there and said the Dart was making "odd sounds" so they were going to show me a different vehicle. Wound up showing me a Toyota, worth about $8000, different colour than what I wanted. I was still interested, but when we sat down to negotiate, they wrote up a $22,500 deal and didn't even want to look at my trade-in, no trade deal at all. So they lured me in under the guise of trading in my truck and getting a Dodge Dart with a small finance amount. Changed cars, took trade in off the table, and tried to sell me a car for almost $15,000 more than its value, when I was only looking to finance about $5,000. Ridiculous. About 20 years ago I remember they ripped off my dad's friend's wife so bad that the husband went outside their store with a sign that read something like "rip off" on it and showed it to traffic going by all day. Not much has changed in 20 years. Terrible experience.

Best vehicle (gorgeous new black jeep) purchase ever! Great staff! Ryan, you made the process fun and easy. The gift to Abbotsford Community Services was appreciated way beyond words. Looking forward to a long connection to Pioneer.

Hats off to Ryan and the team at Pioneer Chrysler Jeep! From the friendly greeting the moment I walked on to the lot to the closing paperwork this was pretty much a seamless purchase of a great car for our daughter. I've since contacted Ryan again to have him help us find a great deal for my mother too! Very nice dealing with these guys.
