I am onto my second vehicle with ByPass, I love the customer service and their dedication to their customers as people and not just a bottomline. The personal touch when it comes to explaining every step from what you can expect, how to increase your personal credit score, the mechanics behind specifications of whichever vehicle you were looking at, these truly are the people to go see. I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle to come on by and see if there is a vehicle that fits your family, life or needs.

Shady operation. Over priced junk vehicles. The sales reps ( john and mike) play dumb and lie through their rotten teeth. Try to hide and cover up flaws rather then just fix them properly in the garage they have. Little to no paper work and records of maintenance , try and lie about miles vs kilometers, vehicles racked in miles and they play dumb and say oh its km.. totally lying scum. .. painting over rust without even removing the flaking and peeling and crumbling metal, just painted right over it , looks terrible and isnt doing anything about the rusting issue. Vehicles need work they fight tooth and nail and try and argue and haggle and trick you into buying their junk. Every horror story you have heard about a shady car dealership with shady car sales reps, this is the place... I do not recommend buying anything from this scab outfit , places like this are ruining business and our society and culture. Totally corrupted by greed. 0 stars isnt an option. 1 star and absolutely nothing good to say. .. at all.

I purchased two vehicles from this dealership. A PT Cruiser and a Chevy Cruze. The first car was the PT Cruiser it had major electrical problems with it, I had to get rid of it. Then I tried again and they sold me a Chevy Cruze, the rear brake drum was half seized. Cost me $900 to fix it. Now it's obvious that the mechanics are not inspecting these vehicles at this dealership so be aware of what you by there and make sure it's properly inspected. I don't blame the sales people for this, I blame the ownership and I also blame the mechanics. I am grateful this dealership gave me an opportunity to reestablish my credit, however the vehicles I don't think are being properly inspected if I had two cars in a row with with issues. All the mechanic had to do on the Chevy Cruze was put it on the Hoist and rotate the tires they would have seen that one of them came to a complete stop, hence something's wrong with it. I will not return to this dealership. That could have caused a fire..
