Went there tonight to look at used vehicles. I didn't find anything but I just wanted to say the service was awesome. Kyle was a really great guy. I would recommend him to anyone. Honda needs to give him a raise cause that's how a salesman should be.

They do not honour on what they say. We bought our car from this dealer because they promised the 10% discount on services and they said it was written on their system. But every time I had to ask for the discount. I remembered once, when I asked the discount, one staff very rude asked me why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel very discomfortable when asking. Today, they quote me $266.88 plus tax before discount and I did mention the 10%. Grade 4 can do the math $266.88X10%=$26.69, but there was only $6.55. When I asked the question, they kept changing numbers to make the $6.55 make sense. At the end, they did extra $9.36 off. I don't know how they played the number and don't want to waste my time anymore. We had no problems with our previous dealer(Ontario), they automatically put the discount on our bill every time. This is not about the money, it is about the attitudes doing the business. They had not been honest. They even charged us for doing one type of service but the model we had does not have it before.

Best Honda dealership I've been to by far! We recently got in an accident and our old 2016 Honda Civic was totalled. They helped you get the exact same one with out having to pay a penny more then our return! I haven't been happier spending so much money before. I'll definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here!

Great Experience and amazing customer service. I bought my CRV from these guys. I got the best deal as I was shopping around. They are very honest and friendly. Connor, sales manager, and his team are one of the best. They are knowledgeable and they will give you the last price, exactly the one that you should pay. Unfortunately in other stores they give a monthly fee first and when you are ready to sign a contract you will be shocked. It won't happen here. I highly recommend them to everyone.
