Well, I have had an electrical problem with my 2009 Charger since last April. I had a new deck put in, but based on tests, the deck seemed to not be the problem. Anyway, I took the car to Langley Chrysler where it had originally been purchased, the had it for 2 or 3 weeks, said it was fine and gave it back. For the first week, I drove the car every day and all was fine, but I knew that going in that the car had to sit for 48 hours before the battery would be dead. So, finally let it sit for a few days, and the battery was dead again (brand new battery). Since I am currently working in Maple Ridge, I decided to take it to Maple Ridge Chrysler to get it checked out. Murray in service had completed repairs to my RAM a few days earlier, and he took charge of my Charger. After having the car for about 6 weeks, going through a myriad of tests on the system, the problem was localized to the deck install. Murray contacted me and let me know. He then said to fix it, would require a disconnected deck, or a new one. I opted for a new one from an audio shop that was next door to MRC. Murray got the price, had the car taken there, made sure the new deck was installed, and paid for it. He then contacted me to let me know the car was ready for pickup. I have had no problems with the car since. I've left it for a week or more and the battery is happy. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star rating is that the car wasn't washed when I picked it up. I know it's not a requirement, but that would have been the nice little bit of extra service that would have put it over the moon.

I brought my Silverado to Maple Ridge Chrysler for a lift, rims & tires and I had a great experience. I primarily dealt with Gary in parts and Kelsey in Services. Gary and Kelsey made sure the work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner and kept me up to date. I am very impressed with how my truck looks and the workmanship that went into it. I would definitely recommend Maple Ridge Chrysler.

We recently purchased a new truck from MR Chrysler and we are very pleased with the service we received from the time we drove onto the lot. Jamal was our salesperson and is very knowledgeable and approachable, he listened to what we wanted in a new truck. He earned his commission that day. We were specific with the truck and accessories that we wanted and Jamal went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. We were given a fair trade in on our vehicle and the MR Chrysler team worked well together. I had to bring the truck in for installation of some accessories and tires but even this process was streamlined so that I felt my time was important to MR Chrysler. I will not hesitate to purchase my new car here when the time comes and will certainly recommend Jamal and the team to friends and family.
