Beautiful showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staffs! A HUGE thank you to Roy for his exceptional service! Very professional, honest and never pushy. He worked out a bunch of numbers and different deals for me and never rushed me into a quick decision like many other sales would do. Gave me time to think about the deals and did everything to assure I got the best deal and service! I’m just totally in love with my new car!

I had went to Preston GM looking to do a trade in for a 2018 XT5. The service at Preston GM was pleasant in the beginning until it came time to make the deal (Typical sales people) May I add when looking to do the trade in as my vehicle to which I was wanting to trade in required the passenger side mirror to be replaced the sales rep ASKED me to go have it fixed prior to trading it in (I mean come on a side mirror seriously isn't that expensive to fix and like god forbid, the dealership makes enough money as it is, so DON'T offer me to have the repair done at GM) I also went to a different Dealership GM on Marine (LOVELY DEALERSHIP) They couldn't BELIEVE that the sales rep ASKED me to go LEAVE the dealership and head over to BMW to go get my side view mirror fixed! The Sales rep from GM on Marine said they would HAPPILY fix my mirror on my trade in NO WORRIES! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE going that EXTRA MILE! Honestly, the whole ordeal in dealing with Preston left a SOUR taste in my mouth. I really have nothing good to say about this dealership poor customer service and lack of really putting any effort of making it seem like my business is worth while! I'll be taking my business HAPPILY else where!

My husband and I had a great salesman (Ryan Grabowski) help us buy our new car. He was patient as I had some worries to work thru. He was professional and once I told him my limit we stayed within it. He was very courteous and pleasant. We did a couple of test drives on the same car to make sure it was the one. The dealership was very friendly and the courtesies were numerous. As we filled out paperwork they did a wash and a full tank of gas. So pleased I went here.

Preston GM was a great dealership at first. I entered their 50k giveaway contest and they proceeded to tell me that they had cancelled the contest as of August. I bought my Cadillac August 8. So that was a huge lie considering all of the staff was telling me to enter. Handing me the flyers. Flyers were up all over the dealership. That contest was an incentive for me to buy. They also emailed me sept. 4/5 reminding me to enter the contest. They are false and misleading. Didn’t even give us the opportunity to enter in next years. Although they apparently are still honouring the charitable donation. Let’s see how true that is.

I had a great experience, the salesman I used was named Andrew he was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I’ve had terrible experiences with other car salesman which is why they get that stereotypical “car sales man” feel. Andrew on the other hand wanted to sell me something that lasted and swung for me with pricing. I highly recommend Preston to everyone and will be purchasing more company vehicles through them. I highly recommend Andrew as a salesman and will push anyone of my friends and family to use him as well.
