I really liked my experience at Langley Jonker. Tim is awesome. He was very informative about all the options that are available. Catherine from finance was very helpful and helped me figure out the right finance options to best suit me. The customer service here is outstanding and felt very comfortable browsing through the car lot. After I was done selecting my new car they had someone drive me home. When my new honda was ready for pick up, they arranged for someone to pick me up from home. They go above and beyond to make sure you are fully happy. I absolutely love my new car and would recommend to check them out if your looking to buy a new or used car.

My experience at Langley Jonker Honda was fabulous. The sales people, Tim and Byron, were very informative, easy going and friendly. I felt comfortable through the entire process of browsing, learning and testing the different models of cars. I sincerely recommend that you schedule an appointment with these fellas the next time you're looking for a car. Heather from finance was superb and personable, she made the loan application process a breeze and she was thorough with the questions I had. Carol from Insurance was efficient and informative. And none of this pleasant experience would have transpired without Colin from Parts and Service; so, thank you, Thank You, Colin and everyone, I couldn't be happier with my new car. Lindsay

From the time I stepped into Jonker Honda to my final send off in my new Honda Civic, the staff was accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Frank and Ben offered award winning service and all my questions as well as concerns were answered and dealt with. I was given a complete tour of the workings of the car by Ben, and no question went unanswered. If you are looking for award winning service, look no further than Jonker Honda! Thank you to Ben, Frank, Catherine and Trevor for your exceptional service!

Great customer service, both on the phone and the service desk. I was able to book a service within a very specific time window. I appreciate going over what was done and what will need a checking out within a 6 month period.

Service is good, however the shuttle situation is not. Having to wait a long time for a shuttle is not ideal. Happens every time. I've had much better experience with other dealerships in this regard. I would recommend a second shuttle driver during busy service days.
