Excellent service. Chris Fields is really very supportive even after the vehicle purchase. Bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee from him back then and there were issues needing fixing. Thanks Chris! Also Jim and the service technicians are always trying very hard to fix issues as they are coming up. Overall they are the main reason I am still with this brand (Jeep). Now 130,000 Km our Grand Cherokee had countless issues but we never got stranded once and that alone is pretty great. In conclusion: Not the best vehicles but very good and affordable service and that goes a very long way. Thank you!

Rob and the guys at Langley Chrysler are the bomb. Rob was the most transparent individual I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle, and I’ve bought a lot. I got a great deal, and more importantly there were zero surprises along the way. Thank you Rob and team, definitely a return customer.

I had the best experience at this dealership! Having gone to 2 dealerships before this (and had terrible experiences), I knew right away this was the right dealership the minute I walked in. Ray was amazing!! He went above and beyond to make buying a Jeep such a fun experience. He understood exactly what I wanted and unlike other dealerships, he listens to you!! And made it work within my budget. I walked off the lot with my brand new Jeep the same day! Anthony was also so nice and helpful, as well as the girls in the finance department. Such a great team! I highly recommend them to anyone on the market for a new car, you wont regret it!

Great from beginning to end - Angela quickly set up a service date for all my recall work, Josh was fantastic, gave me several awesome tips about my truck, realized I had an alignment problem I doubt I would have realized until it ruined my tires, was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on anything. The shuttle service is a great bonus and Dennis is an excellent personable driver who both took me to work and picked me up. Even the price at the end was less than expected! 1000 times better than my old dealership and I'll be using Langley from now on. Definitely 5 star service.

Thank you for the great service I received from Langley Chrysler this past week. I own a 2016 Dodge Caravan with 76,000 km to date. I started to have some issues with my power door locks. Everytime the doors were locked or unlocked there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the passenger sliding door...and then the sliding door on the driver's side locked permanently- not allowing me to use it at all. I went to Langley Chrysler and explained the issues, knowing I was past warranty due to my mileage. This was the 3rd new vehicle I had purchased from them and I was hopeful that they would stand behind their product...and loyal customers and cover the cost. I was very relieved and grateful when I was assured that they indeed would fix the electrical locking issues at no cost to me . This would have been a very expensive repair for me, and I will certainly continue to go to Langley Chrysler for my next vehicle in the future. Thank you for starting off my New Year on a happy note.
