I watched a very thorough explanation of the changes from the 2018 to the new 2019 Tuscan by Jesse Nicholson from this dealership. I was especially interested in the engine change which he discusses. I have been shopping for this car in USA for last two months and Jesse taught me more in 15 minutes than any salesman I have encountered. Thank you Jesse!

My grandparents and I have both bought cars from here, and the staff has been nothing short of awesome over the years. Most recently, we had an issue with broken hubcaps; Mike & the Gang in the service department were kind enough to replace all four of them without any trouble. Their kindness is appreciated and I will certainly be buying a vehicle from them in the future.

Justin Coulter of the Vernon Hyundai sales team earned five stars from us for his service. Our car was in an accident and needed to be replaced. I was feeling nervous and vulnerable having to find another one. Justin listened carefully to what we needed and found a vehicle with the features and accessories we asked for. His service was excellent. His communication was consistently prompt and he followed through with what he promised. I asked to spend minimum time in the office completing the deal and he did his best to streamline the process. He did not pressure me to add more than what we asked for and I was in and out of the Vernon office within an hour of arriving. He cared about his service after we had left the dealership with our car and promptly followed up with what needed to be done. We found Justin to be professional and trustworthy throughout the process and will recommend him to family and friends.
