Braby Motors were amazing for a first time buyer. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole process easy and understandable. As first time new owners I felt comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend Mike. He was warm and welcoming and as his first customers we would recommend him to everyone. Braby Motors is unlike any other car dealer in BC. Each one of their staff members goes so far above and beyond, the experience truly feels special. Being from Kelowna, we go out of our way to deal with them - simply because they go out of their way to look after us. Braby is family owned and operated, and it shows. Shout out to Brooks Christensen - always making sure we get the best deal, Justin Braby - for making the deals happen (6 times over), and Brandon in service for the excellent long distance customer service. To anyone looking to buy - Braby is worth the drive!

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Braby Motors, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. Living in Kelowna, the clear communication was appreciated, there were no surprises when it came time for the test drive and purchase. They made dealing long distance so easy! The sales team, management, and even finance offices were the easiest I've ever dealt with. Thanks again to all those at Braby! You'll get all my referrals!

I would highly recommend visiting Braby if you're in the market for a vehicle. I worked with Brent and he made the whole process very easy with no pressure at all. I'll be visiting Braby again in the future, well worth a visit.

I purchased my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from them. The salesperson Christine Ellis was very helpful and informative in the decision making. She went out of her way to help my family of 7 get in to the correct vehicle for our needs. Will be purchasing my next vehicle from them for sure.
