While I was initially happy with the 2016 Ford Escape I purchased, used, after 2 months, the brakes started to rub. when I took it in to Kal tire, they scrubbed rocks and rust off the brake mechanisms, something that clearly did not build up in the 2 months since I bought the vehicle. When I contacted Brad about this issue, he initially didn't listen to my complaint, and then told me to send in the bill from Kal tire and he's see what he could do. clearly just placating words, as I have seen no action or follow up for weeks. Their claims that all used vehicles have been refurbished and regularly maintained is clearly false. I won't be buying from Jacobson, or recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

Couldn't sell me on the F-150, but I do get my Ram serviced there and buy my tires there. Great people and friendly staff. My truck is always nice and clean whenever they do work on it which is a very pleasant bonus!

Our Mustang literally exploded on our way through town. Ken was very understanding and worked to get our car fixed as soon as possible. Going as far as squeezing us in despite being booked a week out. Unfortunately they were out of loaner cars but Luke was awesome shuttling us around where we needed to go.

It was good experience at first, the poeple that dealt with me were awesome I was very pleased. However what I'm not pleased with is the days they are taking payments, they are refusing to work with my schedule and the days I set up.

Great dealership, the salesmen are actually nice people. I couldn't give them 5 stars, because today we drove in from Kamloops to find out that a car that was in their site, had been sold a few days before.
