The start of the sales process was decent. Upon receiving my sprinter 5-6 months later after ordering (as expected) I looked over the van once back at my house. I had asked for the auxiliary fuel line for the fuel tank as I was going to be installing a diesel heater for the back of the van. This lead to a 1000$ bill before having 100kms on the clock - let alone, the tech didn’t even leave the auxiliary fuel hook up available for me to hook into (my 1000$ install being useless to me when hook up time came). The van didn’t move for a few months due to me doing work to the back of the van. First big trip down to the lower mainland and the van looses all power and dies in the middle of the highway - less than 700kms on the clock. I’ll save my frustrations here because anyone reading this will understand. Langley Mercedes now has the van, they replaced the sensors to the fuel pump. They take it out for the extended test drive and the van dies on them. They now think the wrong pump has been installed or the computer has not been reprogrammed for the new pump. This all routes back to this dealership and the lack of care I have received from them. 5 days and still don’t have my van, loss of work days and time spent in hotels due to what you would thing is a simple install - which was all missed in the process of ordering the van even though I had mentioned the necessity of having it Less than satisfied with this dealer and their lack of care in the service department. I’ll do whatever to avoid using them even though I live in kelowna.

Excellent place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people who aren't pushy at all. The one sales manager is also very very good to deal with!

Purchased a used vehicle from their lot (non Mercedes) which ended up having an intermittent A/C problem. The staff went above and beyond, bringing my car in multiple times without hesitation and in a timely fashion until they were sure the issue had been resolved. I truly believe this dealership cares about their customers and I would highly recommend them!

I purchased a pre owned Porsche GT3 from Kelowna Mercedes about a week ago and had a great car buying experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The car is absolutely amazing and I am very fortunate that I was able to find this car. I would first like to thank Sam the GSM, he is the one who made all this happen. He gave me a great deal and he was super pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be dealing with Sam and his staff in any future Mercedes purchases. I would also highly recommend dealing with Isaac as he was the one who was providing me with all the information on the vehicle. His customer service was so superior that he even made me a video showing me the car I purchased and comparing it to another one I was looking at side by side. I also dealt with Tom who was the Finance Manager regarding the paperwork and financing. He was greatly helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. Tom and Ken (sales manager) both worked really hard on the deal to get the terms and conditions I wanted. Last but not least I would like to thank Keith, the product specialist, for picking us up from the airport. Great customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks guys.
