I have been coming to Tonkin for the past two years to get my car serviced. It has always been a decent experience. This time around was exceptional. I took my car in for a regular oil change and brakes, turned up to have a few more things to fix on my car than I was expecting. Normally that's never good news, but, Megan was a terrific help. She walked me through the services that we needed to take care of. She was professional, kind and accommodating. They had to give me a rental car while they were fixing mine and the shuttle service was very helpful. Their customer service is very strong, hoping it stays that way.

Dylan as salesman was super easy to work with and learn from. Husband and I separately walked in for a first look at the Accord Hybrid and both were greeted and given great info with a test drive. We both appreciated the low pressure approach. The team seems to work well together, helping us get a decent price on our trade in and even a bit of a discount on this new car. No pressure on extras, just good follow through on getting us to the car we wanted. We were actually able to get the Touring version for almost the same price as the EX and love the extras. Thanks!

I am so thankful for our experience at Ron Tonkin Honda. After my older car broke down again, my partner and I decided it was time to purchase new, however, doing so felt daunting. Thankfully, we were recommended Ron Tonkin by friends and couldn’t be more grateful. Steve Olson helped us find our dream vehicle (which required some patience on his end.) He was completely professional, but also had a great sense of humor and made the process really fun. Also, I never felt pressured to extend my budget, which was really important to me. Winfred in finance was also great and made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice. I would have never thought going to a dealership could be that pleasant. Winfred and Steve were both very genuine and wonderful to work with. A month later and we couldn’t be happier!

We just worked with the best team at Ron Tonkin Honda, The amazing sales agents Melanie and Grace made everything simple, clean, and hassle free.it didn't stop there... Kirk, the Finance Manager took care of us to get us the best terms and financing. The only thing that out did that is he was truly the kindest man we could of interacted with. If I was able to give this experience 10-STARS I would. I encourage anyone seeking a new, or used vehicle to make this your first stop, and tell them you read it on Kids for Recycling review! A thousand thank-yous.

My husband and I went into Tonkin Honda after making an appointment with our sales guy, Dylan. Once we arrived he sat us down, and very thoroughly went through everything we wanted in a vehicle. I thought that was awesome. As my husband gave him the grand wish list, Dylan wrote everything down. Dylan was very helpful, he took his time and full energy in helping us find our perfect car. I had to leave for work, but I left my husband behind, and he kept my husband updated, and never let us get to an anxious point. After getting everything done, and finalized; Dylan drove all the way to my job, and presented me with my set of keys and al the paperwork I needed to sign. He made our car buying experience one that we will never forget, and because of that we will be back to buy our future vehicles at Tonkin Honda, and hopefully get the opportunity to work with our awesome salesman, Dylan! If I had to rate Dylan, I would give him a 10! I think my husband would say the same. If you go to Tonkin Honda ask for Dylan! 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks, Tonkin guys & Dylan!
