I recently purchased a new Toyota 4 Runner. I began and did most of the process online. I live about an hour and a half from this dealership. I will say it was worth the drive. I have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and sales people. So I was difficult to work with. Our sales person was Jake, and seriously I can't possibly begin to say how wonderful he was to work with. He deserves an extra star!!! This dealership has a great reputation, just read the reviews, I did before buying and they deserve it. Excellent friendly service. Wonderful people!!! Would buy from them again, would recommend them!!! Thank you so much Jake, you are so awesome!!!

I have always been a loyal customer of Toyota and have bought several Toyota vehicles. I took my daughter to buy a car from them and Brett Lambert was the sales rep. I insisted that she get gap insurance as we had learned the importance of it the hard way. When my daughter and her husband were signing the paper work I left as I thought they were in good hands. My daughter was rear ended and the car was totaled. We all thought she had gap. Instead the financial person had them sign the extended warranty which Toyota makes more money on. She did not want the warranty as she needed to keep her car payment affordable. Since she thought they had gap and the insurance company paid off most of the car they thought it was over. A couple of months later They were informed they had to come up with $3600 right now or Toyota would take them to collections. My daughter and her husband tried calling the Toyota manager several times to ask to work out a payment plan and to please fix their credit that was now ruined. They called Toyota over 10 times before they got a call back. They also got a credit consultant to call them and she called several times before they would return her call. Toyota would not work with them and actually lied to my daughter on the phone. She realized this after comparing notes with her husband who had talked with Toyota when the accident first happened. The manager told my daughter that he was right there when her husband was informed over the phone that he didn't have gap. After talking to her husband she found out that her husband didn't talk to the general manager but talked to corporate. He flat out lied to her. He also said that there is nothing he can do. She said will you please fix my credit so I can at least get a loan to pay you off. He said your credit is your problem! Tammy Miller

I just bought a new car from Kendall Toyota dealership. The whole process is so efficient and pleasant. No pressure on trade-in, no pressure on loan, no pressure on buying. The sale price I got is very reasonable. I highly recommend Kendall Toyota dealership. They save you time, hassle free. I negotiated the price online with their internet sales specialist Jake. Jake is extremely helpful and honest. He even helped finding the car with the color we prefer from other dealership without extra charge. Thank you so much, Jake.
